Tesa 4688 Tape features an extruded woven polyethylene backing with a 55 threads per inch weft, standard grade, with a natural rubber adhesive. It is designed for repairs for different needs on multiple surfaces, with a number of features that make it very versatile. This makes it ideal for a variety of jobs, even adapting to rough surfaces. It is easy to unwind and is water resistant.
This tape has been approved by AREVA in accordance with the requirements of Siemens AG under the TLV 9027/01/06 standard for nuclear power plants: total halogen content of 1000 ppm.
