Detailed applications of Supergen Contact Adhesive
Supergen® Multi-purpose Universal Adhesive
This versatile glue is perfect for everyday tasks where precision is required without making too much of a mess.
- Use it to stick paper, card or fabric in crafts, scrapbooking or office repairs.
- It is ideal for use at home for attaching lightweight items such as decorations, drawer liners or making small repairs to clothes and accessories.
- Its smooth texture makes it easy to work with, even on delicate projects, and the clear finish ensures no visible marks are left behind.
- I wouldn’t recommend it for heavy loads or surfaces exposed to extreme damp.

Supergen® Colourless Contact Adhesive
Designed for those looking for a virtually invisible finish.
- Thanks to its transparency and resistance to ageing and UV rays, it is ideal for visible repairs: bonding shoe soles, fabric upholstery on furniture, decorative panels, foam, and glass and ceramic items.
- Its flexibility allows the bond to follow the movements of the material without breaking, making it very useful in DIY for joining leather to fabric, metal to rubber, or in light upholstery projects.
- Avoid using it on plastics such as polypropylene or PTFE.
- It produces a clean, professional finish that doesn’t yellow over time.

Supergen® Caramel Contact Adhesive
The classic version stands out for its robustness and superior elasticity.
- It is ideal for more demanding tasks such as bonding carpets, plywood, leather in footwear or furniture, rubber, heavy fabrics and items subject to vibration or temperature changes (up to 110°C).
- It is widely used in light automotive repairs, the restoration of wooden parts, or in applications where the joint needs to absorb stress.
- When applied by contact (spread over both surfaces and join once dry to the touch), it ensures immediate and long-lasting adhesion.
- Ideal for larger-scale projects where flexibility is key.

Supergen® Super Rapid (Instant Adhesive)
When time is of the essence, this is your ally.
- Bonds a wide variety of materials in seconds: metals, porcelain, marble, hard plastics, rubber, glass, wood, leather and combinations of these.
- It’s perfect for quick repairs to jewellery, toys, car accessories, household appliances, footwear, hoses or broken crockery.
- Its precision allows small items to be secured with great force.
- Please note that it is not suitable for polyethylene, polypropylene, PTFE or silicone, and is best used on clean, smooth surfaces.
- It includes anti-clogging systems in the packaging to make it last longer.
